Frankie Cummins was born in South Africa in 1946 and moved to England with her family when she was eight. She studied at Colchester Art College and lived in Winding Wood in West Berkshire for nearly thirty years before recently moving to Great Bedwyn. During this time she has spent her time painting, teaching, gardening and raising her two children.

Frankie has 40 years of teaching experience behind her and a loyal following of pupils. She is inspirational and happy students have found her way of teaching by example rather than simply instructing them, achieves positive results.

 

Frankie is also a working artist with a string of successful exhibitions behind her and murals in both prominent public buildings and private homes - if you ask nicely, she’ll probably show you some examples.
